The lounge is spacious and comfortable, and has an extensive DVD collection in addition to broadband/WiFi. The balcony is lovely in summer. Thanks to a full-time job, family close by and my outdoor pursuits, you'll find I'm a busy, easy-going flatmate. References will be sought.
