We are looking for single tenant, Male or Female, employed professional preferably. References will be required.
We are a retired husband and wife and consider ourselves to be easy going, we do however expect tenants to keep reasonable hours, keep the facilities offered in a clean undamaged condition. The DEPOSIT is fully refundable, if standards are maintained before end of tenancy (Deductions ONLY taken if necessary with receipts).
Additional Information: The property is Council tax D and is detached, last house but one in an 'L' shaped Cul de sac on the left side. It is a quiet area.
All bills are included except TV Licence/Telephone/Insurance.
Rent is FIXED as Energy Crisis which has caused fluctuations in costs, we have now a FIXED contract in place until October 2023, NOTE WELL, IF YOU USE MORE, YOU PAY MORE. We have a policy or 'SWITCH IT OFF' if the item or unit/switch is not actively being used, and that has fixed our tarrif on energy, and REDUCED our costs by £70 a month, making it cheaper for ALL residents.
