Single room in central Bournemouth

Single room available in a 3-bedroom flat downtown Bournemouth. The flat is furnished and includes a washing machine with dryer and a separate bathroom.

The kitchen has an electric hob with oven and a big fridge with enough space in it. Everyone gets 2 cupboards, which are big enough to fit everything you need.

Occupied currently by 2 students. One is in Bournemouth University 2nd year, and I am a 3rd-year in AUB. Both of us work part-time in the area. Central Bournemouth offers a lot of opportunities for work.

As we are staying in the property from last year, there's no admin fee to be paid to the agency. The deposit is minimal as well.

We are looking for a student to fill the spare room. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are first year or foundation.
