Lovely Double Room

Large and bright double room available from beginning of August.

Located in Springbourne, close to town centre and within easy walking distance to the train station (15 minutes) and beach (20 minutes).

All bills are included in the rent. You will have full use of the shared bathroom, kitchen and spacious lounge-dinner and will also have access to a spare room if you want to entertain guests from out of town. There is also a lovely little garden (which is a real sun trap in the summer). Off-road parking can be made available.

Professionals and postgraduate students preferred. I'm looking for clean and respectful tenants who will be up for sharing the odd meal and will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. Drop me a message for more details.
