Large, bright double in 2 person house share

I am looking for a roommate to share my home with me. I am clean, tidy and easy going and am looking for somebody similar. It’s a 3 bedroom, detached house in a quiet street with unrestricted on road parking. You would just be sharing with me and would have a good sized double room. The house has a separate lounge, kitchen and dining room, central heating and a large sunny garden with an outbuilding for storage.

The bedroom is a large double and comes furnished with a double bed (with under bed storage), bed side table, two chests of drawers a wardrobe and a tv with internet access. . The third bedroom is unrented and I use it for storage. The room is £495 a month which includes all bills - water, gas, electric, broadband.

The house is in Moordown - just at the end of Winton highstreet - and there’s great bus routes and plenty of amenities within short walking distance.

I‘m 25 and work as a primary school teacher in Bournemouth which means I’m up and out the house by about 7.30am each morning. I generally spend the evenings going to the gym, cooking or chilling out in front of the tv. It would be lovely to have someone to share a glass of wine and have a good chat with in the evenings! I also have two cats.
