My Spanish flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend after being with me for almost 5 years so I'm looking to replace her.
The room has a double bed, a table and chairs, fitted wardrobes with full length mirrors. It is light, and warm, and the apartment /area is cosy, safe and quiet.
It is not an en suite room but there are separate toilet and bathrom and it would be shared with one (and occasionally two) others.
There is a common area where you can eat together, and outside there is a balcony /fire escape. Wifi is included as are all bills.
There are places to park nearby but a parking permit in the car park behind the building could be arranged. There are also two bike shed.
The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine.
The price is £520 pcm which is £120 per week. That price is for single occupancy. If a couple moved in then it would be a different price!
