Double room to let in central bournemouth

Hi, i have a spacious double room to let in a well presented fully furnished town centre flat with respectful, polite and trustworthy tenants in situ.

The room is available from Thursday 24/10/2019

All bills are included ( i. e. council tax, water, electricity, gas, Wifi and TV license )

The rooms comes fully furnished with large double bed, wardrobe and desk and chair.

The flat has a well presented shared kitchen and Bathroom.

The price for the Room is - £110 a week ( with all bills included obviously )

A deposit of £300 will be required when you begin your tenancy.
Contract lengths can be discussed and i am welcome to long and short term contracts depending on what you want

I am a private landlord who owns three flats in the Bournmeouth area and i dont use any agencies so you can deal with me directly which i have found all my tenants much prefer.

I am looking for employed individuals or students who are poite, respectful and trustworthy tenants.
