I have had the property for just over a year and looking to rent the 3rd bedroom out so i can gane some funds to finish the outside Projects, I am a self employed professional i work away from home throught the days. i am hard working and very respectfull of others, i like to keep my house tidy and clean as much as possible, it is a very relaxed house so please use it as a home with in limitations I dont want No house parties to 3am :)
