Hi!

One of our housemates is sadly moving out shortly so we are looking for a friendly, fun new housemate to take her room. We are a friendly and sociable group of girls who enjoy a night in just as much as drinks out! Hoping to find someone of similar age and with similar interests. We also all enjoy doing our own thing, and we are all working professionals. We are looking for a friend as well as a housemate.

The room is a double, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table. We share a cosy living room, kitchen and bathroom, all fully furnished. The house is in Charminster, a 10 minute walk from the high street with shops/restaurants, and buses to central Bournemouth. Close to JP Morgan and the Hospital

Rent is £375 per month, and bills are approximately £85-90 per month. Deposit is £375
