We have a 3 bedroom house (1 double, 1 single with box room) in a quiet neighbourhood close to Castlepoint and within a short distance from JP Morgan and Royal Bournemouth Hospital. The room is currently part-furnished but can be offered fully furnished. The house includes a shared lounge/dining area, kitchen, conservatory, garden and has a shed suitable for 1-2 bikes. The house is in a family friendly area and within walking distance to Muscliffe park and the Stour nature reserve. There is a coop and a small tescos close-by and the house is close to multiple bus routes. There is street parking available.

Would prefer sharers/family on joint tenancy rather than individuals.

I (the landlady) live away from Dorset and am looking for someone who is proactive in looking after the house. Please get in touch if you have any questions!
