Studio double room

Hi,
I'm a 19-year-old student that was supposed to be living in a student building, but I can't go anymore.

I booked a room at Oxford Point by an agency called Fresh Student Living. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected event, I don't have the possibility to live there anymore. In order to cancel my booking, I need to find someone who will replace me.

It's a really nice studio room with a private bathroom and a shared living room area. It's a student building, so different people are going to stay in the other rooms.
This room can be shared by two students, or just by one. (The price is per room, not per person). It has WIFI and all bills are included.
