The room is furnished with a king size bed, Ikea wardrobe and drawers and a small sofa. A TV can be provided if needed.

There are three bathrooms in the house, two of which are just for lodgers to share. Kitchen facilities to share including 2 fridge freezers and all kitchen equipment, with a dining area.

There is an outside seating area (smoking allowed outside only) and undercover bike storage.
