Large double, central location.

Large double room with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and TV. Room has 2 windows looking out over terrace to bournemouth gardens and is just 2 minutes walk from the Square and the triangle areas of town.
Sharing with myself (the current owner) and a small dog. Very laid back and easy going, tidy and responsible, like to entertain but am considerate when doing so.

The room does need painting which will be done between current lodgers departure and moving in date advertised as well as some furniture changes.
Bills are included, however I learnt from departing house mate that we need to negotiate certain household items which makes sense to share but sometimes end up being on one persons shopping list alone.
