About the other housemate, a friendly and chilled 36 y/o professional female who works full time (Mon-Fri). She has lived in this flat for 5 years and is looking for another professional female also working full time to buddy up with to share this lovely flat and socialise with on occasion.
The room is to be rented as a whole flat so the Landlord asks you to be included on a contract (via Goadsby estate agents) for a minimum of 6 months.
