Double bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin. Single occupancy only. Spacious Friendly house with shared kitchen, washing machines, dishwasher, fridges and freezer etc. Shared lounge and garden. Sky tv, movies, sport etc in shared lounge, Tv aerial socket in room Wifi. Limited off road parking and unrestricted street parking. Smoking only permitted in gardens. Tenants are expected to share with keeping communal areas tidy. Consideration is expected with noise (music etc.) ID and reference required. The house is close to both Talbot woods and Slades farm recreation area (including public velodrome) There are good local shops, supermarkets and bus links to Poole and Bournemouth. The main University campus is a 10/15min walk from the house. It isn’t a party house and our tenants are friendly and welcoming with a variety of interests, but will respect your privacy.
