We have a spacious, light-filled double room available in our family home, with its own separate entrance at the front of the house. The room benefits from a private bathroom with a shower and direct access to the back garden from the bedroom, giving it a very self-contained feel.
The room is part of an extension that connects to the main house via the utility room and kitchen. It’s nicely separated from the rest of the house, so you won’t hear us from your room. The room now has blinds fitted and a full-length mirror.
My partner works away and is only home every other week, and my 7-year-old son is busy with school and after-school clubs, so the house is generally quiet.
You’ll be sharing with my partner, myself, our son, and our friendly pug. We’re very chilled, clean, and respectful of each other’s space. You’ll have shared access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry/utility room, garage, garden, and terraces.
There is off-street parking available, as well as a locked garage for a bike.

We’re on Queens Park Avenue — just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop on Charminster Road and a few minutes’ walk to Queens Park itself.
