Room available near to Boscombe Bus station

A large room in a shared house near to Boscombe Bus station is available as previous tenant has moved to London after being here only a few months. Other tenants have been here for a long time, several years each. Its a friendly easy going household, for working people, not suitable for party animals. Definitely for a non smoker please. Not suitable for most pets.

Two separate toilets each with handbasin plus a bathroom with shower bath and basin. Large TV lounge and a big kitchen/dining area with double oven and six ring hob long table and chairs.

Wifi and council tax included but tenants pay 20% (one fifth) of electricity gas and water bills. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are all Bosch. as is the main fridge freezer, and there are two other fridges.

Affordability check will be reasonable but necessary as share in part of the bills is expected. References required.
