Also has a nice sunny rear garden and secure storage for bikes. There is also a callisthenics exercise area in the garden. Looking for a working professional who is calm, mindful and easy going. Currently occupied by myself and 1 other guy. (Although I do contract work abroad so am not always around. )We keep the place immaculate an expect the same from who ever moves in. The place is within walking distance to Bournemouth town centre and train station. The beach is also a short walk away.
