BEDROOM 2- Large double room with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. New bed frame and mattress, new carpet and freshly decorated to a high standard.

BEDROOM 3- Double room with large bay window, generous wardrobe, and shelves. Double bed frame and mattress, high quality carpet and decorated to a high standard. This room does come with a desk.

The property hosts modern kitchen and appliances and is finished to a high standard throughout. Close to JP Morgan, Bournemouth hospital and castlepoint. Own private garden. With a patio and large sofa seating. Use of large fridge/freezer in hallway, shared with other lodgers. Modern bathroom with large waterfall shower.

The monthly rent includes council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV licence, fibre broadband.

There is lots of free on road parking available and bus routes 2 minutes walk away. The corner shop is also a 2 minute walk away.
