This newly refurbished spacious double bedroom, for sole occupancy, has a comfortable double bed, 32inch smart TV, armchair, wardrobe, desk and chair and Vodafone full fibre wifi. Directly opposite the bedroom is a shower room for your sole use.
The kitchen/diner has a large combination microwave (with oven and grill cooking options), 2 ring hot plate, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, crockery, pans etc.
These 3 rooms are for your sole use and on a separate floor to other bedrooms and bathrooms giving you more peace and privacy than the usual houseshare.
The rooms and communal areas are cleaned weekly and kept in good and tidy order.
This large detached house is in a quiet cul de sac in a lovely area of Bournemouth and has plenty of off road parking and you will have a dedicated parking space.
Your housemates are a friendly couple who are quiet and respectful in the evenings/night. We are looking for someone like minded, a working professional, who, due to their work, needs accommodation away from home during the week.
Bournemouth Arts University is a 10 minute walk; as are buses to Bournemouth/Boscombe/Southbourne/Poole. Bournemouth Town Centre is a 10 minute drive away, as is the A338 if travelling to Ringwood/Verwood/Southampton area.
Cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets in Winton are a 10 minute walk.
We also have plenty of local green spaces nearby.
There are good transport links to Town Centre, Bournemouth University, Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Poole Hospital and JP Morgan.
Rent is payable monthly in advance.
