A little bit about me, your landlord -
My wife and I live in the property but we are due to move out in the next few months. Don't worry though, we're keeping the house so you'll be able to carry on renting the room.

There is a living room but we currently keep that to ourselves. Again that will change when we move out.

I run a property maintenance business (so anything broken is fixed nice and quickly.)

My wife Lauren, is a Digital Marketing and fitness enthusiast, she does a mix of WFH and office.

We also have a 5 month old puppy called Nala, shes hypoallergenic and doesn’t moult. She is very friendly and energetic!

We're looking for someone who can add to the great balance of the house, there's no silly cleaning rotas, no yellow post it notes! When we move out you'll be invited to help me find a few other nice professionals to move in and live with you.

This is a 4 bedroom house so there won't ever be more than 4 people living here.
