Hi my name is Layla and I have a very spacious downstairs double bedroom with bay windows, which has recently been refurbished and available now.

The house is located 5minutes walk to all local shops, bus stops, taxi ranks and bars/restaurants and gyms. As well as close to the University and hospital.

Charminster Road is also 10 minutes walk away.

I am a live in landlady who is looking for a clean and friendly housemate, (female ideally). I have two kids and dogs and Cats and the house is very homely.

The room has just been redecorated hence the lack of photos but they will be uploaded soon along with a video.

Also, there is a new mattress topper and new duvet if required.
