The bedroom is spacious, bright and furnished. It's a really lovely room and gets the sun shining in the windows in the mornings. I can provide a desk and chair should you need one. See photos for further details.

The flat is light and pleasant, and every room has large windows.

There's a spacious kitchen diner and large sitting room. Please note that the sitting room is currently being redecorated and so is unavailable for use. It is likely to be available in October or November. Until it becomes available I will reduce the rent to £500pcm to reflect the fact that there is less communal space.

I like to keep the communal areas quite tidy, and normally share the cleaning jobs with other flatmates.

There's a garage with some space for storage.

There’s a bus stop just round the corner with bus routes to the university and other local areas. There are two lovely parks nearby – Queen's Park and Strouden Park and we're within walking distance of Charminster High Street. It’s also near Springbourne and Winton where there are plenty of shops, cafes and supermarkets. There’s very easy access onto the Wessex Way by car, if you need to travel towards Poole/Southampton. There's unlimited parking on the street.

I'm Susannah and I've lived here for over 8 years. I'm friendly and welcoming, and enjoy getting to know people. I’ve travelled quite a bit and used to live in France.

I currently work from home and will likely continue to do so on an ongoing basis.

With previous flatmates we sometimes cooked and ate together, but it depended on who it was and their preference. There’s an easy-going, relaxed and peaceful atmosphere here.

There's no TV licence but there’s unlimited fibre broadband available. I don't have any pets.
