A spacious single room is available for students or professionals with good walking access to nearby beach, Southbourne, shops, AECC, Pokesdown station; plus bus routes to town and Universities. Not far from Bournemouth Hospital, Littledown and Christchurch.

I can offer:
Room 1 - upstairs, furnished, shared bathroom, large single. Bright room overlooking large rear garden. Now has an extra wardrobe.

£430 per month, including very good broadband and all utility bills (excl landline phone).
Shared modern kitchen, living room, large garden, shed for bike storage, street parking on quiet road.

Must like cats! My 2 boys are soppy, friendly and luckily rubbish at hunting.
I’m the landlady: a cheerful ex-teacher now librarian, 50s but not ancient, music-loving.
Downstairs is my female lodger: friendly and a great cook!
This is a family house, a home-from-home.
