Room to rent in lansdowne road with very short walking distances to the universities, college, train station and the beach. Use of washing machine, drier etc. The flat is within a gated community with an allocated parking space which you would have full use of. I am looking for an easy going, tidy and respectful flat mate. The building itself is very quiet so would prefer a quiet individual that can fit into a family environment. My son and I are professionals but students are welcome
