Short-term room in nice 5 bed detached house

Hi, we are 2 brothers looking to rent a room out short-term (up to 4 months). We are quite old, yes, but don't really act that way. Full run of the house and one brother is a chef, so if you want feeding, you'll have some nice meals!

There is a 3-legged dalmatian living with us and a daschund every now and then (rescued him with last housemate, so share custody since she bought her own house).

One brother's children do stay over at weekends though (7, 12 & 14) but they are quite friendly and house trained.

We are not bothered about age and would prefer a female if possible, as the 2 oldest kids are girls.

I run a company from home, but there is no need to feel you need to be respectful during office hours as I work better with noise, to be honest.
