I have a large double room in my home
that is furnished. It has recently been decorated in neutral colours The private bathroom has a bath and power shower
There is a separate lounge which can be used also and has direct access to the garden
There is a conservatory which enjoys the sun all day

Near to Castlepoint and RBH - Lovely river walks and park nearby

There is a large kitchen with cupboard space available and a dishwasher and washing machine and fridge and freezer
I am a single professional woman
I am clean tidy and like my house to be but it’s very much a home
There is a garden and patio area with BBQ

I would like a clean tidy professional person who respects my privacy
-although I’m friendly and happy to integrate and socialise if wanted
There is off road parking and some garage space for bikes or the like
Bus route stop at end of the road
I have two dogs
