Double room in Charminster

I have a room for rent in the Charminster area of Bournemouth. The room is a large double in a 4 bedroom detached house. Charminster is central to the Bournemouth area and has great travel links and many good restaurants/bars.

It is a sociable, laid back household with friendly housemates.

There is a shared lounge, dining room, off street parking, south facing garden, two bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and shed for bike storage. Pets considered. Current tenants are 30f and 33m. There is also a small dog in the house.

I am looking for working professionals, who want to live in a sociable, clean and well kept house.
