The house is a large licensed HMO (shared house). Your deposit will be held with ‘My Deposits’.

Fast Wi-Fi. Large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge/tv room & kitchen.
It is fully equipped with a washing machine, freezer, personal fridges, microwave, air frier, all cutlery, crockery and kitchen ware etc.
Two bathrooms. Off road parking (1st come 1st serve), outside bike storage, patio with table and chairs. A short walk to travel interchange, beach and the town centre.

All bedroom's are fitted with personal pin code for entry and tv point. All house mates work, good standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the house. Communal areas professionally cleaned twice a month, This is a friendly peaceful house. (Sorry, no students)

We will provide a standard 4ft 6" pine double bed, unless you wish to bring your own. Discount given for single occupancy.
