Located in the garden of a large house in the East Cliff area of Bournemouth within easy walking distance to the beach and station also on frequent bus route to town.

This is a small space without much storage. Its toasty warm with double glazing and loads of insulation with state of the art low energy infrared heating. It’s a little ramshackle and definitely unique.

There is one single bed with 800 mm wide mattress. The place has a charming low ceiling and Is not suitable for 6ft plus people.

With ensuite toilet and shower and basin and fully equipped kitchen it is a little oasis for someone who likes their own space.

All bills included, including WiFi, energy, water, rates as well as use of the washing machine and dryer in the main house. (Saving at least 200 pounds per month in bills)

Excellent internet connection.

On street parking available.

We are looking for someone for the full 5 months.
