Looking for a professional male flat mate to fill the spare room in my maisonette flat in Bournemouth. Available from now.

Offering an en-suite double room that will be partially furnished (bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack).

Open and bright fully furnished kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and usual amenities.

Large and spacious lounge with new furniture and also desk space for WFH.

Flat is part of a smallish block and in top corner of building so very quiet and peaceful.

Includes free parking permit for off street parking in block.

5 minute walk to Bournemouth, Lansdowne or the beach, 10 mins max. to the train station.

I work all day Monday-Friday so will be around in evenings and weekends.
