This is my first house and I'm pretty house proud, great to keep things neat and tidy. My wife and I lived here and were renting out a few rooms and then moved out a couple of years ago. Since then we have been incredibly lucky to see some really nice friendly groups form and live in the house together.
We now live just a couple of minutes away and we're always happy to come round and sort any problems ASAP.
The housemates are all working professionals and have a really great balance, there’s no silly cleaning rotas, no yellow post it notes!
