Majority sole use of luxury apartment

Hi!

My partner and I are full time professionals. We work & live in London - this means you will have the apartment to yourself for the majority of the time. We look to stay just 1 weekend a month/every 6 weeks. It is a 2 bedroom apartment which is over 1000sqf - so nice and spacious!!

The bedroom for rent has a good sized ensuite with standing shower, toilet and sink. There is a bath in the main bathroom. The bedroom is very large and bright, new shutters & has a sunny green aspect. The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinets. All furniture is quite new, and well looked after. A desk can be made available too.

You will also have full access to the lounge, kitchen and balcony. We have a large TV, Netflix, Prime and a piano - all included.

The apartment is in a leafy quiet close next to Metrick Park, walking distance to Bournemouth town center, beach, gardens, train station and many of the language schools. 20min walk to the university.

The bedroom comes with one parking space, included in the price. All bills are included except WiFi and rent is payable in advance. We will consider mon-fri rental at a revised amount, please get in touch.
