The house has hardwood flooring and underfloor heating throughout, power showers, new boiler system, south facing garden, off road parking.

Although this room is not an en-suite, the bathroom is shared with only one more female tenant

We have a separate utility room with two washing machines/ dryer.

We are looking for working professional female who is very house proud, courteous and respectful. Unfortunately this room is not suitable for couples.

All bills are included.

Bi-weekly cleaner.

We have a super fast business broadband, perfect for those working from home.

Deposit and referencing will be required.
