The house has a bathroom upstairs with a bath/ shower and toilet

Downstairs there is a shower/ toilet shower room and an additional toilet.

The kitchen is fitted with 2 ovens and 2 fridges, washer, dryer and comes fully stocked with plates, cooking utensils, pots, toaster, kettle and more. Residents have large cupboard space available to them

There is a large maintained garden at the rear with outdoor seating.

Rent: £750 per room with 1 months deposit

Rent includes all bills including council tax, a weekly cleaner & gardener.
