Room to rent in a comfortable, peaceful flat share

In a great location just a short, 5-10 minute, walk from Bournemouth town centre and a very convenient distance from the gym, shops, bars, beaches and eateries of both The Triangle and Westbourne areas, the gated property also comes a safe bicycle lockup.

The available bedroom is a cosy space that comes with a fitted wardrobe. As pictures show, the room is currently furnished with a single bed to make way for a large desk and book shelf but could comfortably fit a double depending on the new flat mate’s furnishing preferences. Room can remain furnished at flatmate's request.

The flat itself has a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms (one shared, Joe's room is ensuite) and boasts a tidy kitchen balcony area that we enjoy using all year round. Also, one of the gates provides direct access from the parking area to Bournemouth Gardens, which is a lovely little bonus - surrounded by greenery, the flat feels far removed from the bustle of the town centre.

The new flatmate will be sharing with two easy-going and friendly guys – Jack (26) and Joe (37) - who enjoy meaningful conversations as much as we do our own time and space. We the see the home as a sanctuary, of sorts, and do our best to maintain a calm, tranquil and relaxing environment to both live and work in (we both work from home at least three days a week).

The ideal flatmate will have similar interests (though not essential) and be looking to contribute to creating a nice place to live, work and, importantly, get along together (essential!). If this speaks to you, then we'd love you to get in touch.
