I have a single room available in a large private property
The room is of an attic conversion so is small however it does contain everything you would need and is comfortable and cosy there is a small bathroom shared with 2 others there is also 2 shower rooms which are shared
The kitchen is modern and does contain everything you would need
The rent includes all bills with top spec wifi
We are close to Bournemouth and all travel links with a bus stop to talbot campus just 20 yards away
I myself live in the property in a seperate apartment so you dont see me much but i am on hand should the need arise
