Lansdowne-Bath Road bus stop also has the M2 bus that can take you straight to Boscombe and further onto Southbourne. Or even all the way to Poole

You can even take the 1A bus straight to Christchurch or Somerford from the same stop!

The tenants are also really chill, easygoing, and communicative and enjoy a good talk, dinner or even going out to town. But they won't invade your private space and they'll mostly stick to themselves.

A guarantor will be required for this property and the move-in date if successful with the paperwork will become available on September 8th, 2024 as that is when the contract renewal is. Minimum stay is 1 year.

Bills are not included in the cost of the rent but the bills come out relatively small, an extra £130 at the end of the month should be enough to pay off everything. Bills included are Water, Sewage, Electric, Internet, and council tax. Everything but electricity is at a fixed rate. No gas as everything is electric here.
