The room is BRIGHT as it is SOUTH FACING and has a PRETTY FIREPLACE. The whole house has HIGH CEILINGS and a feeling of space. You'll also have access to the garden and courtyard, as well as convenient parking.

The house is on three floors, your room is on the first. You'll have use of the sitting room with an OPEN FIRE and a PROJECTOR SCREEN. There is a separate SNUG with a large sofa for relaxing with large doors that open onto a courtyard, a laundry room, and a dining room.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar, gas hob, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. You'll also enjoy exposed wooden floors and original art throughout the house.

Along with me the owner, the children mentioned in the video are now 18 and 19. My son now lives here. He has a full time apprenticeship during the week and is rarely here at weekends. He is a professional, tidy and is used to living with a lodger. My daughter is at boarding school and will be around a for a few days at a time during the holidays and the occasional weekend. They are both good company.
