Looking For A Housemate

hey, i’m fran - i’m a 23yr old SEN teaching assistant :)) i have a double room available from the start of september, as my current housemate is moving out in august. the room is a decent size, with a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and downstairs toilet. there is also a garden with a patio. it is located near charminster/castle lane (the broadway is the local pub). there are very easy bus routes into town/the beach/poole (the m1 bus is about 15mins to the train station). there is on road parking just outside the house too. it is £566 a month with bills not included and is council tax band B.
we’re looking for people a similar age, who like to be friends and be social in the house, enjoy chilling but also going to the pub or on little outings together. also i enjoy having my friends over to chill or visit sometimes, so am looking for people who don’t mind this and also i’m happy for other people friends to come over whenever :)
