Hi! I have a room available for rent from June in 2 bed apartment, short or longer term available. All bills included, £620 per month, 1 months rent required as deposit and references preferred.
Sharing with myself, male, straight, 38, working professional. Would suit someone who appreciates a clean and tidy home and likes a quieter life. Room is furnished with wardrobe with drawers and accessories, TV, bed, desk and units.
I enjoy film and TV, mountain biking, swimming and gym, travel and music, non smoker and don't do drugs. Looking for someone laid back and easy going. Sorry no couples, no smokers.
