Looking for someone who is respectful and clean and tidy.

You would be the only person renting (room is downstairs) my partner and I have our room upstairs.

Don’t mind smokers as long as they go outside.

No home workers please, full time working professional/student.

Large lounge - private parking - large bathroom with power shower - fully equipped kitchen, High speed broadband - garden space - back and front entrance.

Close to the uni, and bus stop is a 2 minute walk. - all main routes into town centre, takes 15 mins travel max.
