We are a friendly couple with one lodger already, we all work and are out at different times. There is a shared bathroom, which is never an issue as we all do different work hours, plus a downstairs cloakroom with toilet.
Looking for a friendly, easy going person for the empty room. There is all the usual facilities incl a nice garden (we BBQ a LOT!) plus 2 cats and a small dog who are friendly. The pets dont go in your room ( they follow me around especially when i wanted to photograph it!)
There is plenty of off-road parking here..
The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, room to add a chair and desk if needed.
