The room is in our Edwardian home with character features. Kitchen has fridge, dishwasher and washing machine and there is a sunny courtyard garden at the back of the property. Bills and highspeed wifi across the whole house included.

The house is a 3 minute walk to the train station on a direct line to London and also has brilliant bus links into Bournemouth and Poole. Would be perfect for a professional - hospital/JP Morgan both about a 5 min drive from us.

We're right on the outskirts of Southbourne so lot's of things to do nearby and a ten minute walk from door to beach.

Property will be shared with live in landlords - a professional couple who both work from home. We're a social couple who love getting out and about whether on beach walks with our Labrador, Reggie, or a pint in the pub.
