I'm looking to share my rented flat with a clean tidy professional non smoker or vapes sorry .

Large Double room with shared bathroom kitchen and sitting room.

All bills included including WiFi and
netflix and council tax.

plenty of side road parking.

It's in the Meyrick park area close to Bournemouth town , university, all amenities, beach 20 minute walk and short drive or walk to JP Morgan etc , gyms and Bournemouth, poole hospitals .

No WFH or students please . I would prefer a female but would consider male.

I'm Deborah current flat mate. I work at Rhinefield House Hotel New Forest. If not working I like to spend my time with family and friends. I love the theatre, cinema, walks meditation mindfulness and social events. I'm not a smoker or party kinda gal I'm into a peaceful environment but do like music and a happy home.
