Double room with own bathroom & walk in wardrobe

Hi! I have a double room available from 1st June in a clean and cosy apartment near Coy Pond. The room has a walk in wardrobe, new double bed with storage underneath & mattress and you would pretty much have sole use of the main bathroom as I have an en-suite.

The apartment itself has two private decking areas on the front & rear of the property, a well maintained communal rear garden and a secure bike store. The room doesn’t come with its own parking space however there is parking on the road we are on.

The area feels very safe and secure with lovely neighbours. Coy Pond is just a 5min walk away which takes you straight to Bournemouth Gardens and also Westbourne shops/bars/restaurants are a 15min walk away. Branksome train station is a 20-25min walk.

This is my first place after renting rooms for a few years so I definitely know what it’s like looking for somewhere! I don’t want a “lodger” - I’m looking for an easygoing and respectful flatmate who will make themselves at home. I work hard during the week at work & the gym and like to let my hair down and chill out on the weekends. Ideally looking for someone to move in who is similar to me in that respect 😌
