We have a lovely double bedroom available only for a tidy person**single occupancy** in a 2-bedroom flat. (Room Only with Shared Bathroom & Kitchen).

There is a big window with nice views of front garden, a desk and chair, personal fridge and spacious built in wardrobes with a lot of storages. The building itself and inside the flat are new, well decorated, very clean and stylish.

The flat is located near Lansdowne with 7 mins walk and just 3 bus stops away to the town centre with a few steps away from Co-Op supermarket. 15 mins walk to Bournemouth Train Station and Asda Superstore.
A beautiful garden at the front of the property. Plenty of parking spaces off road and on-site.

Kitchen Appliances, Fridge, Washing Machine & Dryer are available to use. Free of charge.

Must be a quiet, respectful and clean & tidy person. Understand the house rules and polite requests for the shared spaces.

I am friendly, easy to talk to and accommodating, and will always do my best to fulfil your needs while living with me, however I also like things in order, peaceful and organised at home.
