The location is fantastic, The property is very close to the city centre and theres also transport routes nearby! Both the rooms and the house are fully furnished to a high standard. The house has super fast fibre optic broadband and has also just been fully refurbished to a high standard throughout. All bills are included and we have a cleaner clean the communal areas regularly.

There is also 2 bathrooms in the property (one on each floor) meaning your not sharing with that many people.

The property also has a nice sized garden which means you'll be able to sit outside and relax after a hard day at work!
