Single room on St. Peter's Road

Hi, I have a single room in town centre, close to shops and bus stops etc. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, fitted wardrobe, chests of drawers, bedside table and study table.

The house is very quiet and peaceful so, everybody can do their things. There is a shared living room, kitchen with all appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and fast wireless internet. Two separate bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink etc).

Suitable for a single, quiet and easygoing student or working professional; The room is also ideal for international and exchange students. Bills included (if working there are some bills). Please let me know when do you need it, for how long, and a little info about yourself.
