A spare single room is available for a female student in the two-bedroom flat. The room is suitable for the one who prefers clean and quiet accommodation. It is not for a student who likes to do parties in the accommodation. The current flatemate is an Asian academic working at the University. It is near the town centre but surprisingly in a quiet location surrounded by trees. A bus stop ( bus for the Bournemouth Uni Talbot campus) is two minutes away from the accommodation. The room is quiet, facing the golf resort. Furniture in the room includes a built-in wardrobe, bed and mattress (with memory foam layer), a study desk and a chair. Broadband, Electric, Gas and Water bills are included.
